OBros has a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranty Policy. If a customer, for any reason is not completely satisfied within 30 days after receiving our products, OBros will refund the cost of your purchase minus the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a refund, proof of purchase is required.
To start a refund, contact us at email@example.com. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided and a refund will be automatically processed minus the cost of return shipping using the original payment method once received in our facility. Please note that it can take 2-3 business days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unexpected delays are possible in the refund process, so please feel free to contact us with any update requests.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect the order within 30 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will be happy to quickly remedy the issue.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt, must be in original packaging and condition.
